If you pay rent to a private landlord and EBRPHA pays a portion of your rent directly to them, you're an HCV client. If you live in an EBRPHA-owned property and pay rent directly to EBRPHA, you're a public housing resident. When in doubt, contact the EBRPHA main office.

Once a year, EBRPHA reviews your income and household to keep your rent portion accurate. We'll contact you with the forms and timeline. Report major income or household changes when they happen — don't wait for recertification.

Reach out to your caseworker or our front office as soon as a change happens — a new job, a raise, someone moving in or out. Reporting promptly keeps your rent portion correct and avoids surprises at recertification.

Use the portal link for your program — HCV clients use the Yardi client portal; public housing residents use the Yardi resident portal. If you've never logged in or forgot your password, choose "reset password" or call our office for help.
